Itinerary
- Arrive at Kathgodam Railway Station in the morning.
- Drive through scenic routes via Bhimtal, Almora, and Kausani.
- Reach Lohajung base camp, get introduced to the trek leaders, and stay overnight in guesthouses.
- Begin the trek through oak and pine forests.
- Trail filled with small streams and mountain views.
- Reach Bekaltal Lake, a charming campsite by a beautiful alpine lake.
- Overnight stay in tents.
- Trek uphill through enchanting rhododendron forests.
- Snow starts covering the trail as you gain altitude.
- Reach the spectacular Brahmatal Lake, surrounded by snow-clad peaks.
- Camp near the lake under starry skies.
- Trek towards the Brahmatal Summit (12,250 ft).
