✅ Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

7 or more days before trek start date | 80% refund |
3–6 days before trek start date | 50% refund |
Less than 3 days before trek / No-show | No refund |

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Convenience/booking fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Returns Policy
As we offer intangible services (trekking and adventure experiences), there are no physical products to return. However, if you receive any trekking gear or merchandise as part of a package:

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

In case of trek cancellation due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen government restrictions, we may offer:

A voucher/credit note for a future trek.

If a trek is cancelled by Trinetra Hikers, customers will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.
